I tried PT for several years but never found the right person until I started training with Neel. My sessions with her were about building strength and she helped me to identify my food allergies, something doctors couldn't even figure out for years! She became more than a PT and a great mentor and friend with whom I went on to further train by hiking every weekend to partake in at the Oxfam Trail walk. I highly recommend Neel, she will not only help you with your fitness g... oals but change your lifestyle and you will gain a great friend! Congrats on your new venture Neel! I'm currently in the middle of my cert 3 placement and who better to have as a supervisor than Neel! I had a hard time finding someone to supervise me but when i contacted Neel, she responded straight away and was also available to begin the placement. She keeps me engaged and active in her PT sessions and is always up to answer any questions i have to ask. I started the placement not long ago and i've already learnt so much already from just being around her and watching how she interacts with her clients. i highly recommend her for any lifestyle & fitness goals :)

Neelanjana is a great trainer. She understands your limits and will gently guide you to push harder each time. She will always make sure your technique is spot on and makes a work out fun and varied. Totally recommend!

Having never trained before, I approached Neel with great hesitation. She put me at ease right away, and helped me achieve my weight loss goal after my maternity which I thought was going to be impossible. She is very encouraging and motivated, and pushes to you achieve your potential. She identified my struggles with my back pain, put me through to an amazing Chiro and helped me with the recovery by adjusting my training accordingly. Would highly recommend Neel any day!

I approached Neel after numerous recommendations in many community pages. Was very hesitant about my strength to do training sessions but when spoke to Neel got the confidence. My journey with her last few months has been great, my body strength has increased and she understands your body and chooses the workout and diet plan accordingly. A thorough professional, charming, energetic and motivational (to get a little bit more than you can do!!!) and always available Personal trainer .Highly recommended.

Neel is not only a fitness trainer but also an amazing friend who can give mental support and who can make you believe in you .
