PRE- NATAL WORKOUT
Pregnancy is a challenging period for both the mum & bub. To help your body through this journey, I offer specially designed workouts for women going through the hormonal imbalances, PCOD, thyroid issues, irregular periods and other pregnancy related fitness.
The aim is to give you the right form of training and nutritional guidance for a healthy pregnancy.
POST- NATAL WORKOUT
Pregnancy and delivery are a very stressful time for a woman’s body, its not easy bringing a human in this world!
So in the post-natal workouts, I mainly help you get back the strength around glutes, core and shoulder. I can also help you loose weight with the right mix of exercises and nutritional guidance.
As an avid runner, I have taken part in different long distance running and have followed the rigorous programmes in reaching there.
I now help others reach their run distance goal with the right combination of strength training, run programme, mobility training and nutritional guidance.
