Lunges – Strength Training Workout
A lunge is a single-leg bodyweight exercise that works your hips, glutes, quads, hamstrings, and core and the hard-to-reach muscles of your inner thighs. Lunges can help you develop lower-body strength and endurance.
There are many ways and variations to do lunges, but in this video we will focus on STATIC LUNGE, which is perfect for the BEGINNERs. The video also shows 2 extra variations, which you can do based on your Fitness level.
For each exercise, do 10 reps x 3 sets. After every 10 reps, take rest for 30 to 40 seconds. Again, you can increase the number of sets based on your fitness level.
